Technology at Westridge
At Westridge, we put a lot of emphasis on making sure we are educating students to be lifelong learners of the future. Take a look as Mr. Sample's class uses the new Microsoft Surface tablets at Westridge to work on order of operations within Excel! Students had the chance to practice formulas and check their answers. It was a great time!

Kona Ice Party
What makes Westridge amazing? If you have been here, you know it is the students and staff! Westridge is a School of Excellence because of our students' hard work...and Mr. Khan wanted to celebrate School of Excellence by hosting a Kona Ice Party! We had a blast!
First Grade March Madness!
Basketball may have been on everyone else's mind, but Westridge's 1st Graders were working their way through their "Reading Brackets!" Students in all five classes participated in voting which lead to the official March Madness winning book: The Pigeon Needs a Bath! by Mo Willems!
Check out Mr. Khan and Mr. Conroy enthusiastically reading the finalists during the championship round.
Our Westridge PRIDE!
Mr. Khan, Mr. Conroy and our staff couldn't be more proud of our Quarter 2
Golden Knights, A Honor Roll and A/B Honor Roll students.

Excellence is happening EVERY DAY at Westridge!

Interested in Gifted Education at Westridge?
If you are interested in Gifted Education at Westridge, please see the note from Mrs. Mills-Lough, gifted teacher, right here.
Send in your pictures!
Want to submit some of your great photography from school events, field trips and any other event that might be "yearbook worthy?" We want your pictures!

Email them to WESYearbookPics@gmail.com. They MIGHT end up in this year's Westridge Yearbook! We welcome submissions that are related to school. Please submit your picture(s) along with your name, your student's name, your student's class, and any other identifying information that will help us. While we can't guarantee we'll use all of them, we hope to use as many as we can in this year's yearbook publication.

Questions? Contact Denise McKeown at the email address above, or send an email to Mr. Hoyle, HoyleBM@pwcs.edu, for him to forward to Mrs. McKeown. Thanks in advance for your submissions!
Important Transportation Info for Kindergarten Parents!

Kindergarten students must be accompanied to and from bus stops by a parent, guardian, or other designated individual. Those authorized to take custody of kindergarten students must be listed on the Emergency Data Card maintained at the school and they must have identification available when receiving a student at the bus stop. An older sibling who is at least 12 years old may take custody of a kindergarten student at the bus stop. No change of custody is required if an older sibling is riding the bus with a kindergartner unless the parent has indicated otherwise.

For more information, or to check bus schedules, visit
